Who I am?
My name is Jean-Roch Rainville, but everybody calls me “JR” (except my mom). I started working out around the age of 14 and I never really stopped. Therefore, the logical thing for me to do was to buy a gym, which I did 3 years ago. I am now a certified personal trainer. I completed my first personal training course when I was 21 years old and then completed a second one when I bought my gym. I love working out and finding new exercise for myself and for my clients.
What I do?
I designed an at home fitness video for beginners and those who are out of shape. I came up with the idea after training a client that was about 150lbs overweight.
She told me that she finds it hard to go to the gym and workout because she couldn’t use half of the machines. She also couldn’t do most of the exercises that other people could do. She wanted me to come up with a workout that she could do so I did, and these videos are the result!
Why I do it?
Personally, I exercise to feel great and I want you to do this easy home workout and feel great on the inside as well as on the outside! I want you to feel full of energy again.
I consider this or any workout an energy pill!
Where to do it?
You can do the Easy Home Workout at home or even at the office in the lunch room…why not ? You can also do some of the exercises at the gym or outside in the park.
When to do it?
The real answer is anytime that is good for you. I would recommend twothings:
- Always do it at the same time
- Make it a routine.
Morning, lunch time or right after work seem to be the most popular time for most of my current clients. Evenings are very busy for most of us and a lot of excuses can result in you choosing to not fit in your workout.
Personally, I like morning and lunch. A morning routine starts the day with a “bang” or a and lunch time routine because it cuts your work day in half and it gives you a boost of energy for the afternoon.
